Suddenly beside Turwithiel there appeared another figure.
She had sorrel hair and light blue eyes.
"Greetings," she said to the two dumbfounded sisters.
"My name is Ëarwen Harethgalad. I am half-elven, although I chose mortality." Her ears were pointed, but she was obviously not full elvish.
"Oh, okay," said the two, looking happy and blank at the same time.
Turwithiel grinned.
